Cancellation policy

The Patron Circle

The Patron Circle is a monthly subscription. Your payment method is charged $500 at the start of each billing month, plus international shipping where applicable. Shipping within the US is included.

Cancelling or pausing
You may pause or cancel your patronage at any time from your account or by contacting me. Cancellations take effect before your next payment. Any painting already in progress will be completed and shipped to you.

Refunds and returns
Work on your painting begins as soon as your payment is processed, so payments are non-refundable. All original artwork is final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Damage in transit
Every painting is carefully packed and shipped insured. If your painting arrives damaged, please contact me within 7 days of delivery with photos of the work and packaging, and I will make it right.
