FAQ

Shipping & Customs Fees

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, I ship worldwide from California, USA. Original painting orders over $100 ship free within the U.S. Shipping rates for other orders are calculated at checkout.

Will I have to pay customs fees or import taxes?

While most shipments pass through customs without additional fees, occasionally they may be subject to inspection. Depending on your country’s regulations, import duties, VAT, or other customs fees may apply. These charges are determined by your local customs office and are not included in the price of the artwork or shipping costs. Please make sure you enter your address and phone number information correctly.

Can customs fees be waived? What if my order is delayed or held by customs?

Import duties and VAT are set by the government and cannot be waived by me. Once an order has been shipped, it is under the buyer’s responsibility. If you believe there has been an error in customs processing, you may be able to dispute the charges with your local customs office.

However, if you need any documentation or assistance, please contact me, and I will do my best to help you facilitate the process.

How can I estimate customs fees before ordering?

If you’re unsure about potential import taxes, I recommend checking with your country’s customs office for details on artwork imports under HS Code 9701.91 (Original Paintings).

Returns & Refunds

Are original painting sales final?

Yes, all sales of original paintings are final. Due to the unique and irreplaceable nature of original artwork, as well as handling and safety considerations, I do not accept returns or exchanges on original pieces.

Do you accept returns on prints or merchandise?

For prints and merchandise, returns may be possible under certain conditions. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact me within 7 days of delivery, and I will assist with a resolution.
